In honor of Mother's day, here is my momma jam. Shinedown's cover of "Simple man". These are the truest lyrics I've ever heard. The song is about the advice that a mother gives her son. This song also brings back memories for me, because its one of the first songs I ever learned to play on guitar. Brent Smith's vocal range is just pure Godly towards the end of this song.
